    Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations Made Between 24 and 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Service:
    A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Service:
    No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.

  • All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed services due to delays caused by the customer.

  • In the event of service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or technical issues, we will offer the option to reschedule the service or provide a full refund.

4. Modifications to Bookings

  • Modifications to existing bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.
