A. We recommend comfortable, modest ethnic wear. As it can get chilly on the river after sunset, carrying a light shawl or jacket is advised.
Q. Are refreshments provided?
A. Basic water is provided. Premium vegetarian snacks and traditional Banarasi refreshments can be arranged upon prior request for an additional charge.
Q. How do I reach the pickup location?
A. Ravidas Ghat is easily accessible via taxi or auto-rickshaw. Due to heavy festival traffic and road closures, we recommend leaving your hotel at least 2 hours before reporting time.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. 15+ days before event: 50% refund.
Within 15 days: No refunds are possible due to the high-demand nature of the festival.
