At Banaras Bhraman, we provide a seamless experience for your Kashi journey. We understand plans can change. Below are the cancellation terms for our boat rides, cab services, and tour packages.

Cancellation Policy Breakdown

Cancellations 48 Hours or More Before Service:

  • Enjoy a 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. No questions asked.

Cancellations Between 24 to 48 Hours:

  • Cancellations in this window are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours:

  • No refunds are processed for cancellations within 24 hours of the service..

Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated.
  • Timeline: 2–7 business days.
  • Method: Credit will be returned to the original payment method used for booking.

Special Conditions

Weather and Technical Issues

Varanasi weather or river levels can be unpredictable. If we cancel your service due to adverse weather for safety or technical issues, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Modifications to Bookings

Want to change your date? You can modify your booking up to 24 hours before the service, subject to availability.
